Pursuant to law, the City Planning Commission hereby gives notice that a public hearing will be held to determine whether or not the following request should be granted.
APPLICATION: Conditional Use Permit No. 09-08
REQUEST: A Conditional Use Permit to establish a passenger transportation service on a property measuring 27,090 square feet in size and improved with a 2,400 square foot office building. The subject property is located in the M-1 (Light Manufacturing) zone. This project is pursuant to Section 17.24.040(52) of the El Monte Municipal Code.
